Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will provide a full refund once the item is returned. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 7 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
